data-title-link=\"research-interest-tab\">\n\t\t\t\t        <p>I am currently working as a visiting scientist in the laboratory of Prof. Giovanni D\u2019Angelo at the \u00c9cole Polytechnique F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland. My research investigates how alterations in lipid metabolism contribute to human disease, particularly cancer and neurodevelopmental disorders. I study GOLPH3, an oncogenic Golgi protein that reconnect glycosphingolipid biosynthesis to promote tumor progression, and CERT (<em>CERT1<\/em>), a ceramide transfer protein whose hyperactive variants cause CerTra syndrome by disrupting lipid homeostasis.
