CILENTO LINKAGE PARALLEL PIPELINE
Cilento-Pipeline is a software suite developed in Perl aimed at automating and running the whole analysis pipeline in parallel on a cluster of Servers. It includes:
- Pedigree breaking (Jenti) according to the method proposed by Bellenguez et al (2009).
- Linkage analysis for quantitative traits (Merlin-regress) or for qualitative traits (Allegro)
- Analysis of simulations (Genedrop).

MINSAMPLE
Minsample is a Perl script that samples from a given list of individuals the largest subset of people whose relative Kinship coefficient is less than a given threshold.
The script uses a pre-calculated matrix of Kinship coefficients generated with other software such as kincoef.
