Flow citometry:
Flow cytometry facility management and scientific supervision. The in-depth knowledge flow citometry allow me to support the research groups in their approach to flow cytometry. In particular I collaborate in the experimental design, choice of polychromatic antibody panel, data acquisition and analysis.
Research topics:
- Study of HLA genes regulation and expression in autoimmune disease such as celiac disease, diabetes and multiple sclerosis.
- Identification of new biomarkers in immunoopathogenesis of celiac disease and other autoimmune diseases
- Unravelling the pathophysiology of immune tolerance in food allergies and intolerances in collaboration with the “Immunonutrition lab” at Federico II University.
- Analysis of PA2G4 pseudogene 4 (PA2G4P4): identification of sequence and functions in bladder carcinoma and glioblastoma.
